Sharkbucks.com is a virtual goods marketplace for buying and selling resell rights ebooks and products, as well as PLR articles and services such as freelance writing, programming, promotion, etc. As such, we hope that webmasters and others utilizing our website will conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner toward the other members here.
There are a few rules and guidelines to follow. Most of it is common sense, but we ask that you please read and familarize yourself with them before joining this site.
- Do NOT post anything offensive, obscene, illegal, pornographic, hate filled or defaming to anyone! This includes any items you upload, display pics, job descriptions, messages, etc. Breaking this rule will get you an instant ban and all money earned in your account will be forfeited!
- Multiple listings are not allowed and clutter up the system! Do not post the same job over and over again or they will ALL be deleted! If you want to update a posting then simply edit it to reflect the changes. If you feel that the change is significant enough to really deserve a new listing, then delete the old one first before creating another one!
- Do not create multiple accounts! One account should be enough to list everything you want to do. People tend to create other accounts for the sole purpose of committing fraud or if they received bad feedback for poor work from the first account and want to start fresh. The best solution is to do great work in the first place, but if there is some unusual situation that you think deserves a new account, then contact us first with the details and, if we agree with you, then we will delete your old account and let you create a new one. However, you MUST let us know first, otherwise we will see it as a duplicate and delete everything!
- No off site deals are allowed! Our system is created to help protect our members from being ripped off by unscrupulous dealers. A seller's money is held in escrow until the buyer is satisfied that it is complete, and then the funds are released and credited to the proper account. This ensures everyone is happy and safe from scammers. If you try to move the transaction offsite to circumvent our payment system, then not only do you risk losing your money elsewhere, but you are also risking the loss of your account here, as we closely monitor all messages for signs of outside activity. If anyone tries to contact you for the purpose of circumventing our system, then please report them to us immediately, as it may be someone trying to scam you!
- All sales are final! We do not issue refunds for virtual items, so be sure that the item or service listed is what you really want before you order it. We cannot be responsible for any unsatisfactory work by any of our members! If you feel that a completed job was under par then leave feedback to let others know. In cases of extreme negligence (a truly horrible service given or way past the due date), then you should contact us with the details of your dispute. If your point is reasonable then we will return the funds to your Sharkbucks account balance to be used on something else here instead.
- By joining, you agree to receive the occasional email from us pertaining to the site or any relevant information. We do not send out spam and see no advantage in doing so, but you can also opt out at any time by responding to any emails with your instructions to be removed from our list.
- When making any transaction on Sharkbucks.com you agree to our small 0.80 cent processing fee, which we put towards our own processor fees, hosting, maintainence, advertising, etc. All money amounts are processed are in U.S. dollars (USD).
